General Description of Concerts:  Experienced chamber music players who have a group together have the opportunity to perform at Kirribilli. These concerts are held several times a year at the Kirribilli Neighbourhood Centre (KNC), commencing 5pm on the first Sunday afternoon of the month.    They are variously referred to as Kirribilli Concerts and as Sunset Concerts.

Travel

Car: parking may be difficult and time should be allowed to walk from the car to the KNC.
Rail: KNC is a 5-minute stroll from Milsons Point Railway Station; there is a frequent rail service from Town Hall, and a 15-minute service from the North Shore.
Ferry: Milsons Point Wharf (map) is a short walk under Sydney Harbour Bridge to the KNC.  There is a ferry every half hour (timetable) which takes five minutes from Circular Quay and nine minutes from Balmain.

Venue:  The Kirribilli Neighbourhood Centre (KNC) is a heritage-listed sandstone building (more detail) at 16-18 Fitzroy St, Kirribilli near the intersection with Jeffrey St (map).

Volunteer to organise a concert  Members, if you would like to organise a concert, please contact Elizabeth Dalton (use the Membership Register for contact details), who is coordinating concert organisers.

Volunteer to perform   Members, if you have a group that would like to perform at Kirribilli, please contact the organiser (see Future concerts and use the Membership Register for contact details).   Don't feel inhibited by lack of time to prepare the whole of a multi-movement work; our audiences will be happy to hear part of a work, such as a single movement!
